Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيم
Segala puji bagi Allah, Tuhan sekelian alam. Selawat serta salam buat junjungan mulia Nabi Muhammad SAW keluarga serta para sahabat dan pengikut yang istiqamah menuruti baginda hingga ke hari kiamat.
Sahabat yang dirahmati Allah
Dalam Islam, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala telah memilih Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam untuk menjadi model peranan kepada seluruh alam sejagat. Baginda juga turut membawa perkara yang boleh disifatkan sebagai penyempurna akhlak manusia (makarimal akhlak). Di antara perbuatan Rasulullah yang perlu diikuti dan hayati bersama adalah dari aspek etika diet Rasulullah ataupun tatacara pemakanan sihat Rasulullah S.A.W.
Antara tatacara pemakanan sihat Rasulullah S.A.W. adalah:
1. Rasulullah tidak minum susu sewaktu baginda menjamah ikan.
2. Rasulullah tidak minum susu sewaktu baginda memakan daging.
3. Rasulullah tidak minum susu sewaktu baginda memakan ayam.
4. Rasulullah melarang meminum susu bersama cuka.
5. Jangan makan buah bersama susu: - dalam erti kata lain koktel. Namun para saintis telah menemukan agar baik untuk menikmati khasiat susu bersama jus buah berkultur kerana jus susu kultur sedemikian baik untuk memperbaiki ketidakselesaan dan ketidakhadaman perut namun pengguna perlu memilih jenis jus susu kultur yang kurang kadar kemasamannya kerana kemasaman boleh menghakis perut melalui tahap keasidannya lama kelamaan boleh menyebabkan gastrik.
6. Rasulullah tidak makan ikan bersama daun salad.

8. Rasulullah tidak makan ikan bersama telur.
9. Rasulullah tidak memakan buah-buahan selepas memakan gandum, roti atau makanan berat sebaliknya Rasulullah memakan buah-buahan sebelum makan makanan berat, gandum atau roti.
10. Rasulullah akan tidur sejam selepas makan tengahari.
11. Rasulullah melarang manusia untuk meninggalkan makan malam. Barangsiapa yang meninggalkan makan malamnya dia akan dimamah usia dan tahap kolestrol dalam darah dan badannya akan berganda.
12. Darisegi kesihatan jangan makan makanan darat bercampur makanan laut misalnya seseorang yang memakan nasi berlaukkan sup daging lembu maka ia tidak digalakkan untuk mencampuri makanan tersebut dengan makanan laut misalnya udang, ikan dan sotong. Walau bagaimanapun, bercampuran makanan ini (antara makanan darat dan makanan laut) tidaklah boleh dianggap haram apabila dimakan bersama cuma ia mungkin membahayakan kesihatan.
13. Nabi Muhammad SAW pernah melarang para sahabat dan umat manusia daripada makan ikan bersama susu kerana ia akan menyebabkan si pemakan mudah untuk mendapat penyakit. Berikutan perkara sedemikian, para ilmuan nutrisi telah membuat kajian dan menemukan keputusan bahawa dalam makanan darat mempunyai ion+(Positive Ions) sedangkan dalam makanan laut mempunyai ion-(Negetive Ions), jika kedua-dua jenis makanan ini bercampur maka akan terjadinya tindakbalas biokimia (Biochemical reactions) yang aktif dalam tubuh sekaligus mampu menyebabkan perut dan usus rosak dengan teruk.
14. Al-Quran mengajar manusia untuk mandi sebelum subuh, sekurang-kurangnya sejam sebelum matahari terbit. (sekitar pukul 4.00 hingga 6.00 pagi). Dengan cara ini, air yang sejuk mampu meresap kedalam badan sekaligus mengurangi masalah penimbunan lemak. Buktinya kebanyakan orang yang mandi pagi tidak gemuk.
15. Nabi melarang manusia makan dengan banyak dan melampau. Sebaliknya manusia itu hanya perlu makan ketika ia lapar dan berhenti sebelum ia kenyang.
16. Nabi sentiasa mengamalkan meminum air dengan banyak, baginda meminta seseorang untuk sentiasa memenuhkan setengah ruang perutnya dengan air. Nabi juga mengamalkan minum air sejuk (bukan ais) yang bercampur sedikit madu setiap pagi. Mujarabnya Insya Allah sukar untuk mendapat penyakit.
17. Nabi juga mengajar supaya manusia meminum air dengan meneguk perlahan-perlahan. Nabi melarang manusia untuk bernafas (membuihkan air) dalam air yang untuk diminum. Hal ini kerana udara yang sengaja dibuihkan dalam air itu mungkin mengandungi kuman dan bacteria yang merbahaya kepada manusia.
18. Rasulullah juga menyarankan untuk bersugi (memberus gigi) setiap kali untuk menunaikan solat. Rasulullah amat tidak menyukai kepada orang yang tidak bersugi setiap hari.
19. Nabi juga turut meminta untuk berwuduk setiap kali ingin membuat perkara suci seperti solat, membaca Al-Quran, berzikir dan sebagainya.
20. Berdoa sebelum dan setelah makan. Cuci tangan sebelum dan selepas makan dan minum dengan memegang gelas dengan tangan kanan sebaik-baiknya sebelum makan. Jangan meneguk air ketika sesi menjamah makanan, minum air jika tersedak, berasa kekeringan ataupun setengah jam sesudah makan, hal ini makan melancarkan selera makan serta mengelakkan dari terkena penyakit kembung air. Meminum air sekurang-kurangnya setengah jam sesudah makan dapat mengembalikan tenaga yang hilang pada kadar tempoh yang lama serta mengembalikan keserian wajah dan awek muda.
21. Jangan disisakan sebutir nasi/bahan makanan pun yang masih elok untuk dimakan, kerana makanan juga turut berzikir pada Allah SWT. Nabi bersabda yang bermaksud: “Apabila salah seorang dari kamu makan, kemudian suapannya jatuh dari tangannya, hendaklah ia membersihkan apa yang kotor darinya lalu memakannya, dan janganlah ia membiarkannya untuk (dimakan) syaitan.” (Silsilah hadis-hadis Shahih) no. 1404).
22. Makan dan minum perlulah dalam keadaan duduk tidak berdiri, baik sekali makan berjamaah bersama keluarga, mahupun teman. Berkumpul untuk menjamah hidangan dan makanan secara berjamaah adalah suatu yang dianjurkan bagi kaum Muslimin di samping akan mendapatkan keutamaan berdasarkan hadis berikut:
“Berjamaahlah dalam menyantap hidanganmu dan sebut nama Allah padanya, nescaya akan mengandungi berkat bagimu.” (Silsilah Hadis-hadis Shahih no. 664).
Berkenaan dengan seseorang yang datang kepadanya dan ia berkata: Hadis ini dikhabarkan oleh Rasulullah SAW, “Wahai Rasulullah, kami ini setiap kali makan tidak pernah kenyang.” Maka Rasulullah berkata: “Pasti masing-masing kamu makan sendiri-sendiri.” Orang itu menjawab: “Benar, Ya Rasulullah!” Rasulullah berkata: “Berjamaahlah dalam menyantap makananmu.”
23. Nabi Sallallahu ‘Alaihi Wasalam juga mengajar untuk kita makan dengan tangan dan bila habis hendaklah menjilat jari. Begitu juga ahli saintis telah menemukan bahawa enzim banyak terkandung di celah jari-jari, iaitu 10 kali ganda terdapat dalam air liur. (Enzim sejenis alat percerna makanan).
“Dan janganlah ia mengusap tangannya dengan mindil/tuala hendaklah ia menjilati tangannya, kerana seseorang itu tidak mengetahui pada makanannya yang mana yang mengandungi berkat untuknya, sesungguhnya syaitan itu selalu mengintai untuk merampas harta manusia dari segala penjuru sehingga di tempat makannya. Dan janganlah ia mengangkat shahfahnya hingga menjilatinya dengan tangan, kerana sesungguhnya pada akhir makanan itu mengandung berkat.” (Kitab Silsilah hadits-hadits shahih no. 1404).
Berkata Imam Nawawi, tentang makna kalimat “Pada makanannya yang mana yang diberkahi.” Ia berkata: Sesungguhnya makanan yang dihidangkan untuk manusia itu mengandung berkat, sedang dia tidak mengetahui apakah berkat itu pada makanan yang ia makan atau pada sisa makanan yang melekat di tangannya atau pada sisa makanan di dalam shahfah atau pada suapan yang jatuh. Demikian hendaklah ia menjaga semua itu agar selalu mendapat berkat. (Fathul Bari 9/578).
24. Waktu sembahyang subuh disunatkan kita bertafakur (iaitu sujud sekurang kurangnya seminit selepas membaca doa). Ini bagi menghindari diri dari sakit kepala atau migrain. Ini terbukti oleh para ilmuwan yang membuat kajian kenapa dalam sehari perlu kita bersujud. Ahli-ahli sains telah menemui beberapa milimeter ruang udara dalam saluran darah di kepala yang tidak dipenuhi darah. Dengan bersujud maka darah akan mengalir ke ruang tersebut dan sekaligus membekalkan oksigen pada kadar yang sesuai pada otak manusia.
25. Nabi meminta umatnya untuk menjamah makanan dengan menggunakan Shahfah/Qash’ah (talam/dulang) dan diletakkan di atas hamparan.
Makan berjamaah di atas hamparan dengan menggunakan Shahfah merupakan salah satu sunnah Nabi yang harus diikuti: tidaklah makan diatas meja makan dan tidak pula menggunakan Sukurrajah (Diriwayatkan oleh Imam Tarmizi dalam Syamail, sahih Bukhari no. 5386 dalam kitab Fathul Bari 9/532).
Ibnu Hajar berkata: “Guru kami berkata dalam (Syarah at-Tirmidzi): “Sukurrajah itu tidak digunakan kerana mereka (Rasulullah dan para sahabat) tidak pernah menggunakannya, sebab kebiasaan mereka makan bersama-sama (dengan Shahfa-pent) atau kerana makan dengan menggunakan sukurrajah itu menjadikan mereka tidak merasa kenyang. (Al-Fath 9/532).
26. Islam melarang penganutnya untuk meminum arak, memakan babi dan keluarganya, memakan anjing dan keluarganya, binatang dan tumbuhan yang beracun dan berbahaya. Islam juga melarang umat manusia untuk memakan najis, (darah, nanah, air mazi dan sebagainya). Serangga yang hidup melata, jijik lagi beracun adalah haram dalam Islam.
27. Rasulullah melarang untuk manusia tidur sesudah subuh (sesudah solat subuh sekitar pukul 6.00 pagi sehingga solat Dhuha dalam pukul 8.00 pagi) kerana rezeki yang berkat mula hadir ketika waktu tersebut. Rasulullah juga melarang untuk manusia tidur selepas solat Asar (dari sekitar pukul 4.00 petang sehingga habis menunaikan solat Isyak sekitar pukul 8.00 dan 9.00 malam).
28. Rasulullah menggalakkan umat Islam untuk bangun menunaikan Qiyamullail bermula sekitar pukul 3.00 pagi hingga masuk waktu solat subuh.
29. Islam mewajibkan penganutnya untuk berpuasa pada bulan Ramadhan selama sebulan serta disunatkan berpuasa pada hari-hari yang disunatkan berpuasa bagi menjamin kesihatan yang berkekalan sepanjang hayat.
30. Apabila berpuasa, makan sahur (sekurang-kurangnya meminum segelas air sejam sebelum solat subuh dan selewat-lewatnya 10 minit sebelum masuk waktu subuh adalah diperlukan bagi menjamin kekuatan sewaktu menjalani ibadah puasa). Manakala apabila

Berkata Imam Nawawi, tentang makna kalimat “Pada makanannya yang mana yang diberkahi.” Ia berkata: Sesungguhnya makanan yang dihidangkan untuk manusia itu mengandung berkat, sedang dia tidak mengetahui apakah berkat itu pada makanan yang ia makan atau pada sisa makanan yang melekat di tangannya atau pada sisa makanan di dalam shahfah atau pada suapan yang jatuh. Demikian hendaklah ia menjaga semua itu agar selalu mendapat berkat. (Fathul Bari 9/578).
