Menurut catatan sejarah Islam, baginda Rasulullah S.A.W hanya pernah gering dua kali sepanjang hidupnya iaitu semasa pertengahan hidup serta menjelang wafatnya.
Memang luar biasa kekuatan yang tuhan kurniakan kepada baginda, namun apakah amalannya hingga dirinya bisa bertahan kuat untuk terus memimpin umat ke jalan benar?
Ini kupasan Wanista tentang amalan pemakanan serta pengambilan diet yang diamalkan Rasulullah S.A.W semasa hidupnya.
Kaitan makanan dan kesihatan sememangnya tidak dapat dinafikan. Tanpa kita sedari, cara kita memilih makanan harian sebenarnya merupakan penyumbang utama kepada kemunculan penyakit dalam tubuh. Antara penyakit membunuh yang berpunca dari tabiat diet yang tidak seimbang adalah termasuk Kencing Manis, Sakit Jantung, Lumpuh, Darah Tinggi, Kanser, keracunan makanan dan banyak lagi.
Kata sumber lagi, Rasulullah tidak pernah menderita sakit perut atau keracunan makanan kerana amalannya tidak mencampurkan makanan seperti berikut:-
- Jangan makan SUSU bersama DAGING
- Jangan makan DAGING bersama IKAN
- Jangan makan IKAN bersama SUSU
- Jangan makan AYAM bersama SUSU
- Jangan makan IKAN bersama TELUR
- Jangan makan IKAN bersama DAUN SALAD
- Jangan makan SUSU bersama CUKA
- Jangan makan BUAH (masam) bersama SUSU (Contoh: Tidak boleh gabungkan susu bersama buah-buahan yang berasid, hanya kumpulan buah-buahan yang rasa aslinya manis sahaja dibolehkan).
CARA MAKAN RASULULLAH S.A.W
Jangan makan buah sebagai pencuci mulut selepas memakan nasi atau menu utama. Sebaiknya sila makan buah sebelum menikmati hidangan utama sebagai pelawas bagi melancarkan penghadaman serta perkumuhan kemudian. ***Ini kerana, buah lebih mudah dicerna jika hendak dibandingkan dengan pepejal lain seperti protein, lemak dan karbohidrat.
2. Cuba tidur selama satu jam selepas makan tengahari. (Jangan pula terlanjur sehingga berjam-jam).
3. Jangan sesekali meninggalkan makan malam dan sebaik-baiknya diambil sekitar jam 8pm hingga 9pm. ***Barang siapa yang meninggalkan makan malam, dirinya akan cepat dimamah usiabahkan kandungan kolesterol dalam badan akan semakin berganda.
Ini kerana jika anda tidak makan malam, semakin hari meniti malam (tengah malam) perut akan jadi lapar dan waktu itu seseorang akan terdorong untuk makan lebih banyak. Betul tak? dari situlah puncan penyakit akan muncul. Bila perut sudah penuh sehingga senak, sudah tentu waktu tidur juga akan dilambat-lambatkan membuatkan wajah dan tubuh menjadi tua dari dalam sebelum terpancar menerusi penampilan fizikal.
4. Nabi sama sekali melarang umatnya bercampur makan makanan laut dengan darat seperti mana ikan dengan ayam dan udang mahupun sotong bersama daging dan telur (telur dikira makanan darat). 7. Berdoa dan cuci tangan sebersihnya sebelum dan selepas makan. Memegang gelas atau cawan untuk meminum air juga harus dengan tangan kanan. ***Lakukan semua perkara baik dengan sisi kanan.
8. Makan makanan dari pinggir pinggan dulu sebelum beralih ke tengah.
9. Duduk di lantai ketika menikmati hidangan.
10. Jangan sisakan sebutir nasi pun di pinggan kerana setiap butiran nasi itu berzikir.
AJARAN AL-QURAN UNTUK MILIKI TUBUH SIHAT…
Mandi pagi, sekurang-kurangnya satu jam sebelum matahari terbit. ***Air sejuk yang meresap ke dalam tubuh waktu pagi akan mengurangkan tibunan lemak dalam badan. Lihat, kebiasaannya individu yang mandi pagi tidak gemuk.
2. Baginda Rasulullah S.A.W akan minum segelas air putih (bukan ais) setiap pagi. Dengan izin Allah, ia akan bantu tubuh terpelihara daripada penyakit. Cara minum pula harus bertepatan. Jangan minum berselang dengan makan dan apabila minum, teguk sedikit demi sedikit secara perlahan dan berhemah. Kuantiti air jugatidak boleh banyak kerana dikhuatiri ia akan menghalang rembesan asid dalam tubuh seterusnya mengganggu proses pencernaan.
3. Seperti Baginda, makan juga haruslah guna tangan dan apabila selesai makan, jilat/hisap jari jemari yang menyuap makanan tadi. Ini kerana, terdapat banyak enzim baik dicelah-celah jari iaitu kata sumber, 10 kali ganda lebih banyak dari yang terdapat dalam air liur. Tujuan enzim tersebut adalah untuk menghadamkan makanan.
4. Pabila selesai berdoa selepas solat subuh, cuba bertafakur dengan sujud kembali sekitar satu minit. Tahu tak pahala bertafakur ini sama dengan ibadan selama 70 tahun!
Percaya atau tidak dengan cara ini, seseorang akan dijauhi sakit kepala malah ia telah dibuktikan oleh para ilmuan bahawa terdapat beberapa ruang di dalam kepala yang sukar dicapai oksigen, dengan bersujud dan menundukkan kepala, aliran darah disertai oksigen bisa sampai ke kawasan sulit tersebut.
