Gaji/penghasilan pokok tidak melebihi Rp4 Juta untuk Rumah Sejahtera Tapak dan Rp7 Juta untuk Rumah Sejahtera Susun, atau maksimal gaji/penghasilan pokok sesuai ketentuan pemerintah.
Memiliki masa kerja atau usaha minimal 1 tahun
Memiliki NPWP dan SPT Tahunan PPh orang pribadi sesuai perundang-undangan yang berlaku

Hak Debitur
Sebagai pemohon, masyarakat yang mengajukan KPR subsidi patut mendapatkan beberapa hak seperti:
Menerima kemudahan perolehan rumah melalui fasilitas KPR subsidi dari Pusat Pengelolaan Dana Pembiayaan Perumahan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum & Perumahan Rakyat, apabila memenuhi kriteria kelompok sasaran KPR subsidi.
Bebas pengenaan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan yang berlaku.
Rumah sejahtera yang dibiayai oleh KPR subsidi dalam kondisi siap huni sesuai dengan ketentuan KPR subsidi yang berlaku.
Kewajiban Debitur
Selain hak, pemohon atau calon debitur juga harus memenuhi kewajibannya terhadap bank pemberi kredit meliputi:
Membayar angsuran KPR subsidi secara tertib dan tepat waktu hingga jangka waktu kredit selesai/lunas.
Menggunakan sendiri dan menghuni rumah subsidi sebagai tempat tinggal dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 1 (satu) tahun setelah serah terima rumah.
Memelihara rumah subsidi dengan baik.

Tidak akan menyewakan dan/atau mengalihkan kepemilikan rumah dengan bentuk perbuatan hukum apapun, kecuali;

WNI dan berdomisili di Indonesia
Telah berusia 21 tahun atau telah menikah
Pemohon maupun pasangan (suami/istri) belum memiliki rumah dan belum pernah menerima subsidi pemerintah untuk pemilikan rumah
Gaji/penghasilan pokok tidak melebihi Rp4 Juta untuk Rumah Sejahtera Tapak dan Rp7 Juta untuk Rumah Sejahtera Susun, atau maksimal gaji/penghasilan pokok sesuai ketentuan pemerintah.
Memiliki masa kerja atau usaha minimal 1 tahun
Memiliki NPWP dan SPT Tahunan PPh orang pribadi sesuai perundang-undangan yang berlaku

Hak Debitur
Sebagai pemohon, masyarakat yang mengajukan KPR subsidi patut mendapatkan beberapa hak seperti:
Menerima kemudahan perolehan rumah melalui fasilitas KPR subsidi dari Pusat Pengelolaan Dana Pembiayaan Perumahan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum & Perumahan Rakyat, apabila memenuhi kriteria kelompok sasaran KPR subsidi.
Bebas pengenaan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan yang berlaku.
Rumah sejahtera yang dibiayai oleh KPR subsidi dalam kondisi siap huni sesuai dengan ketentuan KPR subsidi yang berlaku.
Kewajiban Debitur
Selain hak, pemohon atau calon debitur juga harus memenuhi kewajibannya terhadap bank pemberi kredit meliputi:
Membayar angsuran KPR subsidi secara tertib dan tepat waktu hingga jangka waktu kredit selesai/lunas.
Menggunakan sendiri dan menghuni rumah subsidi sebagai tempat tinggal dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 1 (satu) tahun setelah serah terima rumah.
Memelihara rumah subsidi dengan baik.
